Dr. Keane is recognized as a world leader in the field of traumatic stress. He developed many of the most widely used PTSD assessment measures and is considered an authority on the cognitive-behavioral treatment of PTSD. Dr. Keane was co-chair of the National Institute of Mental Health Consensus Conference that established national standards for the diagnosis and assessment of PTSD.

Dr. Virginia Runko is a licensed clinical psychologist and is board-certified in behavioral sleep medicine.  She earned her BS in Psychology from Indiana University and her PhD in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Miami.  She completed her postdoctoral fellowship in behavioral sleep medicine at Johns Hopkins.  She has worked in sleep clinics and psychology group practices.  In 2019, she started her own practice, DC Psychology and Sleep Services, where she continues to treat sleep disorders.

Following his recovery, he founded CBT for Tinnitus, LLC, whose mission is to provide online training and coaching to tinnitus distress sufferers worldwide, and tinnitus education for professionals. He has published numerous articles and podcasts on CBT, mindfulness and tinnitus.

Scarlett Baird, Doctoral Candidate in Psychology, received her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, where she is a doctoral candidate. Her research and clinical work focus on the implementation and dissemination of physical activity interventions for veterans transitioning out of the military. She is particularly interested in facilitating the acceptability of these interventions with the aim that treatment may be administered in diverse settings to reach a broader scope of the patient population.
