Candi Olivo is the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition for Rogers Behavioral Health. Joining the organization in 2020, her mission has been to build an internal Talent Acquisition function from the ground up while supplying top talent to the system nationwide.  In addition to graduating Summa Cume Laude in her bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Concordia University, Candi is a Certified Internet Recruiter, Certified Diversity Recruiter, and a certified Talent Acquisition Strategist. She is currently on the Board of a National Recruitment Association (TALK).

Joining the organization in 2018, his mission has been to help employees make well informed career planning decisions that will foster satisfying and long-term employment. In addition to a master’s degree in Adult Continuing Education from Carroll University, Waukesha, WI and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Bethel Theological Seminary in Arden Hills, MN, Steve has held ministerial ordination with the Christian & Missionary Alliance since 1987.

Emma Kelley-Bell is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) in California, trained and supervised by Tejal Jakatdar. Her passion is in providing client-centered care to children and adolescents living with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders.  Emma completed her Bachelor’s in Science in Child and Family Studies from Louisiana State University. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Direct Practice from the University of Pittsburgh. During graduate school, Emma interned at an intensive outpatient clinic for pediatric OCD.

Licensed psychologist, Dr. Shiffrin has experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with a range of clinical presentations including behavioral difficulties, mood and anxiety disorders, and difficulties regulating emotions.  Dr. Shiffrin earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Yale University. While at Yale she received her certification in Kazdin Parent Management Training (KPMT), an evidence-based treatment for children with behavior problems, under the supervision of Dr. Alan Kazdin.

Licensed psychologist, Dr. Susan Wilson earned a double doctoral degree in Clinical and Applied Social Psychology from Vanderbilt University, where she worked with children, teens and adults in outpatient, inpatient and school settings. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Children's National Medical Center. Dr. Wilson pursued post-doctoral training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for children and adolescents and family therapy at the George Mason University Center for Psychological Services.
