Cancellation Policy
The Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine requires room cancellation 24 hours in advance or attendees will be charged one night's room and tax.

• All conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
• Children under 18 stay for free during the conference. When booking online, indicate the number of adults on the first page when you search for room availability. 

Hotel Update — as of February 14
The Hyatt Regency La Jolla still has rooms available at the Regency Club discounted rate of $259/night. However, call the Hyatt first in the event of cancellations or changes to secure the $219/night group rate.

ADAA has negotiated a discounted rate at a nearby hotel: The Sheraton La Jolla Hotel, a 5- to 10-minute walk from the Hyatt Regency at Aventine, is offering these discounted rates, which include daily breakfast and free wireless Internet:

• $189/night for single/double occupancy (plus taxes)
• $209/ night for triple occupancy (plus taxes)
• $229/night for quad occupancy (plus taxes)

Cancellation Policy
At the Sheraton La Jolla, cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax.
