Do you experience panic attacks out of the blue?
Adults 18 and older who have experienced panic attacks. We will conduct a diagnostic assessment to determine whether you meet criteria for panic disorder.
Participants can be included if they are taking medications for anxiety provided that no changes are made during the study. Participants may be in counseling or psychotherapy as long as it is not Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
