- Presenters may not register as guests.
Additional Policies
- ADAA will limit the number for any individual to two accepted oral session presentations (symposia, roundtables, workshops, individual oral) or four poster presentations. (Note: Nonpresenting co-authors do not count toward the individual participation limitation.)
- Abstracts must be submitted online through the ADAA website by the specified deadline. No abstracts are accepted after the specified deadline.
- All presenters must complete and submit disclosure and conflict of interest information by the specified deadline. Those who do not submit this information or resolve any conflict prior to the conference will not be allowed to present.
- All submissions are peer-reviewed by three reviewers.
- Presenters may not request specific dates or times for their presentations.
- Notification of acceptance or rejection is sent about 60 days after the submission.
- Accepted program chairs can change presenters until January 30, 2013. New presenters must complete disclosure and conflict of interest forms and register immediately.
- All presenters are expected to make their own travel arrangements.
- All presenters are responsible for bringing any handouts to the meeting at their own expense.
- All presenters are expected to bring their presentations on a flash drive to upload prior to the beginning of the session. Those who bring Mac computers must bring the appropriate cable to attach to the LCD projector.

- Changes to sessions made after January 30, 2013, may not be included in the final program.
