Details: Anxiety and Depression Support Canada is an online support group for people who suffer from anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety, panic attacks and panic disorder, OCD, PTSD and complex PTSD, social phobia, emetophobia (fear of vomiting), agoraphobia, specific phobias, and depression.Our message board is divided into four main categories: general, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and miscellaneous.

Our chatroom is open 24/7. A support group meeting is scheduled in the chatroom every weeknight, 7:30-9:30 pm (EST) and is moderated by a group facilitator.
