The Anxiety Disorders Association of America (ADAA) is proud to announce the release of a new book by ADAA member Blaise Dismer, MSW, available in a limited-time offer on the website for a minimum donation of $10 to the organization.
In Homebound No More, How I Beat Agoraphobia, Dismer shares his 30-year struggle with panic disorder and agoraphobia. The book is an inspiring tale of how Dismer learned to manage and overcome his disorder with the help of therapy, hard work, and the support of his family.
Dismer approaches this book with what he calls a “missionary zeal,” hoping that by sharing his story, he can help others who are facing their own battles with anxiety disorders.
For a limited time only, Homebound No More, How I Beat Agoraphobia is available through ADAA’s website. With a minimum donation of $10, ADAA will send an email containing the pdf copy of the book. To make a donation and read Blaise Dismer’s inspiring story, please visit the website now.
