"Is this a panic attack" my anxiety level is high, almost to the point as a small vibrtion of continous panic. I have had a serious panic attack almost once a month. I have constent worry and paranoia. I have not worked for almost a year due to my illness. One of the worries is money. My temp private diability is running out soon. When it does and my problem grows as I am not fit to work; I dont know what my unpredictable behavior is capable of. I do have some new meds I started taking, si I will see. thanks for responce, off to sleep
