Dealing with a loved one that is always filled with anxiety and negativity.
My husband is filled with so much anxiety and he never sleeps. He is unmotivated, never finishes a task and stays in bed for 36 hours at a time. I didn't know it was this bad till we moved together. We have 2 children together, one is from a previous relationship of mine. I love him unconditionally and want to help. At times, I get resentful because he doesnt follow our routines or help out in basic needs for us. He is always tired and claims he doesn't sleep so he stays in bed on days he doesnt work. I feel I'm complaining but I'm tired too. When is my turn to be served or my turn to relax? I can't because he is always tired and so filled with anxiety that he doesn't even function. His worries about money has gotten me to the point im afraid to tell him we are out of milk. He doesn't know to show positive and happiness to me or the children. I am looking for ideas to help him. What can I say or do? He will not see anymore doctors and can't take meds because of his job. Please advise and pray for us. I need patience and strength. Thank you.
