Battling Anxiety & Depression
After nearly 10 years of battling A.D.D, anxious and racing thoughts as well as depression, I really want to find a way out.
My symptoms include inability to calm my nerves, fear, panic, neediness, anger, lack of concentration and disorganization.
Keeping a positive relationship with friends, family and co-workers has become the biggest battle yet. I'm always in conflict with someone. As of now, I feel that I am pushing my close relationships away because of my constant worrying and no one understands.
Is there anything I can do to ease the worrying/pain? I would really appreciate it.
