Cherry blossomsThe ADAA 32nd Annual Conference will be held at the newly renovated Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia, in metropolitan Washington, DC.  That's just across the Potomac River from the city and steps away from a Metro station.

Getting to the Conference

The hotel offers free shuttle service from Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA) one mile away. It is also accessible by shuttle and taxi from Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) and Dulles International Airport (IAD).
NOTE: Travel from BWI (55 miles) and Dulles (28 miles) by shuttle or taxi may range from $50–75 each way.

It is also accessible by Metro from Union Station and Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA). The Crystal City Metro stop (on the Blue and Yellow Lines) is in the hotel lobby. 

Self-parking is available for $10/hour or $22/day; valet parking is $27/day.

Washington, DC, is easy to reach from major East Coast cities via Amtrak and discounted bus lines such as MegaBus, Bolt Bus, Vamoose, Greyhound, and others, which offer $1–30 one-way fares between New York City and Washington, DC.

Lower than last year, the special discounted hotel conference rates are $195/night for single or double occupancy, $215/night triple occupancy, and $235/night quadruple occupancy, plus taxes (currently 10.25%). These rates include complimentary wired Internet access in your room; they are available for three days before and after the conference.
