Emotion Regulation Therapy for Generalized Anxiety Disorder
We are currently conducting a randomized controlled trial of emotion regulation therapy for generalized anxiety disorder. The study consists of 20 weeks of individual, once-weekly therapy sessions. Participants are assessed at several different timepoints throughout the study. Individuals over 18 years of age who experience excessive worry may qualify.
