1750 W. Polk Street
Chicago, Illinois
Take the Pink Line train to the Polk station. The library is right across the street from the station.
Meets every Sunday at 3 pm, in UIC's Library of the Health Sciences (on the West Campus) in a private and confidential setting. There is no fee to join the group.

Our purpose is to provide a safe and supportive environment for people with anxiety to get together, discuss and work on our condition, and help each other as best as we can. Meetings take place in a private and confidential setting.

Do you feel too anxious or nervous to come out to the group meetings? Or are you not yet ready for the group and would you like more information before your first meeting? If so, we strongly suggest that you get in touch with a facilitator at SA-Chicago-owner [at] yahoogroups [dot] com. We can answer any questions you might have about the group and about taking the first steps in dealing with social anxiety.
