Panic

Hello I am new to the forum. I am a mother of three and suffer from anxiety/ stress and lately panic attacks. I feel this sensation within my body and it goes into my throat causing me to feel like I can’t swallow and it feels like I am about to pass out. They are coming everyday now. I am so afraid to the point where when these attack happen I feel like running. Help!

I hope that you will reach out to a doctor and/or counselor to help you with this situation.
In the mean time, I have found that deep breathing can help me relax.
There are also some really good relaxation CDs out there that may be helpful.
