Hello, This is my first post. However I am not new to anxiety, I have been suffering, and I mean suffering for 5 1/2 years. Although I know now it's realy been my entire life.
I am a 53 year old male who suffers with the fear of death, this has driven me to be concerned of having a heart attack. I've tried theropy, citalopram nothing has worked. I have had at least 3 panic attacks this year, the last being yesterday. This is why I am writing. I know sufferers of anxiety have heart palpitations, but my heart does not just speed up or skip, it's rate varies, fast to slow, the variation is not large, 20 beats or so. Has anyone had similar symtoms? Thank you for listening(reading). Good luck to all who suffer from this dibiltating ilnness.
