Exhibitors: At the ADAA Conference you will have the opportunity to meet, interact with, and promote your products and services to more than 600 psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, physicians, researchers, and nurses. Exhibit hours are scheduled to complement conference programming. Coffee breaks and other activities are planned in the exhibit area to keep traffic flowing during exhibit hours.

Exhibitor Opportunities

• Promote your products and services to the largest gathering of
  clinicians, researchers, and consumers focused exclusively on anxiety disorders.
  
• Interact with a captive targeted audience, providing ADAA attendees the opportunity to ask questions and experience firsthand your products and services.
  
• Enhance the impact of your print, web, and media messages with 12 hours of exhibit time available for conference participants to visit you.
  
• Receive a 10% discount on advertising in the Final Program.
  

Sponsors: Exhibitors can also sponsor the Opening Session, Poster Presentations, registration bags, the abstract CD-ROM, or become a general education sponsor. Sponsors are publicized throughout the conference and in published materials, including the Final Program.

Advertisers: Exhibitors receive a 10% discount on advertising in the Final Program, which contains descriptions of all conference symposia, workshops, poster sessions, and receptions, as well as registration hours, site maps, and a list of exhibitors.

Participants
Our 600+ conference participants include physicians, therapists, clinicians, researchers, and people with anxiety disorders. They are also administrators and scientists, consumers of scientific and data services, users of sophisticated computer technology and software, as well as educators, students and tomorrow’s leaders.

For study groups, self-help groups, private practices, and smaller clinics displaying a limited amount of items

Literature Display Table $150 per item displayed
For self-help groups and nonprofit organizations that cannot rent
space but would like to distribute free informational brochures and
other materials.

Exhibit Hours

Exhibits must be staffed during all exhibit hours. All exhibitor representatives are required to wear badges while in the exhibit area. Exhibit hours listed below are tentative. We reserve the right to adjust exhibit hours at the conference.
