ADAA Announces
Invitation for Exhibitors
Applications for 2004 Conference now available
SILVER SPRING,
MD (OCTOBER 10, 2003)
- The Anxiety Disorders Association of America's (ADAA) annual conference
is the only conference to focus solely on anxiety disorders. It provides the
opportunity for researchers, clinicians, and individuals to learn about the
latest research, clinical practices, and self-help methods from experts in
the field of anxiety. The 24th Annual Conference will be held March 11-14,
2004 at the Hyatt Regency in Miami, Florida. The theme for the conference
will be "Normal and Pathological Anxiety: Implications for Treatment."
One of the best ways
for you to increase your name recognition, while supporting the educational
activities of the ADAA, is by exhibiting or sponsoring an event at the conference.
We offer several exhibiting options to meet virtually any level of exposure
and budget:
-
Commercial Exhibits
- for companies displaying products and/or services
-
General Exhibits
- for nonprofit organizations, institutions, hospitals and universities
-
Table Top Exhibits
- for study groups, private practices and smaller clinics
-
Literature Display
Tables - for distribution of free brochures and other materials from one's
company/organization
-
Display Ads in
the Conference Program - reasonable rates available on ads placed in the
program, as well as a 20% discount on any ad placed by an exhibitor.
More than 600 attendees are
anticipated for the conference, making it the premier event for those who treat
anxiety disorders. As an exhibitor, you will be an integral part of the success
of the program for both professionals and consumers. To increase traffic through
the exhibit hall, the ADAA will be holding a silent auction in or near the hall
during the conference. This will be the first year the association will be holding
such an event.
The deadline to apply is February 6, 2004. For more information on the conference,
visit the ADAA website at www.adaa.org
or contact Betsy Oliveto at boliveto@adaa.org.
For information on the silent auction, contact Michelle Alonso at malonso@adaa.org
or call (240) 485-1001.
