Lisa R. Hale, PhD

Dr. Hale has extensive research and clinical training in cognitive behavioral theories and interventions for anxiety and depression across all age groups, including intensive exposure-response prevention protocols for severe anxiety disorders and experience training other professionals in these techniques.

Her scholarly interests and publications have focused on the identification of cognitive risk factors for anxiety disorders and issues of treatment dissemination and adherence across neuropsychiatric and behavioral health conditions. Dr. Hale is a strong advocate for education surrounding evidence-based treatment and increasing patient access to quality care.

She has been an ADAA member since 2004.
