  • Trichotillomania Therapy Group, a supportive, educational, and therapeutic group to beat the shame and start the process of recovery from hair pulling.
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Therapy Group, supporting those suffering from obsessions and compulsions but also restructuring thinking and working on goals for exposure.
  • Sexual Addiction Recovery Group, for those new to facing this disorder, who often also have anxiety and/or depression, and who have a commitment to recovery and attendance in a relevant 12-step program.
  • Money Issues Therapy Group, for those who want to be free from self-sabotaging behaviors, who may spend impulsively, and who are ready to commit to recovery from these behaviors.
  • Hoarding Therapy Group, for those who want to stop being socially isolated due to their accumulated stuff and who are ready to give and receive support and help.  The goal of the group is to learn to make the necessary difficult decisions, to learn to tolerate the pain of clearing things out, and to keep a schedule for maintaining one’s own space in a way that brings more peace of mind.
